I suppose if you eat this kind of stuff everyday making the change from "God-awful" to not quite as bad is definitely a step in the right direction. And I know people who do eat this stuff all the time. I try to be a bit smarter than that, but it's good to know what things might take a little longer to kill me when I decide to hit the fast food drive thru!
